Belleview Inn is a historical hotel. It's located in Belleair which is just before the bridge that takes you to Clearwater.
Rooms are updated, clean, and spacious. You can hear people walking above you, but generally it's not a disturbance.
While you're not on the beach, you do have access to the beach at their sister hotel, Sandpearl. which includes free valet.
Overall, it's a quiet place to stay, affordable, and great customer service.
We enjoyed not being directly on the beach where it can be busy and chaotic.
